Saturday at 8:45 am - Hatha, Open Level with Jane Zolkina
Hatha is an alignment-oriented practice to restore energy balance. This class explores movements and sequences including sun salutations, backbends, forward folds and twists. Arm balances and inversions might also be incorporated. Traditional asanas are held longer in accurate alignment to open space in the physical and energetic bodies. The class is focused on core strength, flexibility and balance as well as concentration, breath control and strong connection between mind and body.
Sunday at1:30 pm - Vinyasa, Open Level, with Matty Espino
Vinyasa Open Level is an all levels class emphasizing the link between movement and breath. Each class will showcase a carefully sequenced warm up, sun salutations, and incorporate a mix of strengthening poses, balancing poses, twists, back bends, and forward bends. Various Options will be given to all levels from beginner to advanced. Through this carefully crafted series of flowing movement, Vinyasa Open Level’s holistic experience will be accessible for every body and all are encouraged to attend. Each practitioner will leave feeling energized, revitalized, and ready to take on a new day.
